1. No Cancellations or Changes
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Printing costs are incurred immediately, and we cannot be held responsible for changes or errors made by the customer.
2. Product Sizes and Pricing
Prices may vary depending on the size and materials required for the artwork ordered. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size from the dropdown menu before completing a purchase. No refunds will be given for incorrect size selection or perceived value by or for the customer.
3. Delivery Information
Delivery is handled by our Delivery Partners. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and the production time of each item. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, please note that we do not control shipping times or delays once your order has been dispatched.

4. Refunds and Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! All our products are custom-made on demand specifically for your order, which means they are unique and produced only after you place your purchase. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs but also limits our ability to accept returns for certain reasons.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. We accept claims and offer free replacements or full refunds (including original shipping costs) in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- There is a printing or manufacturing error (e.g., wrong design, poor print quality, or incorrect item sent)
- The item does not match the description on our website
To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation. We’ll review your claim quickly and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund—no need to return the original item in most cases.
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Personal preference (e.g., doesn’t like the fit, feel, or appearance in person)
- Sizing issues (please refer to our size charts before ordering, as they are provided for each product)
These items are made just for you and cannot be resold.

If a refund is approved:
